Explore our welcoming community, exceptional teachers and a variety of incredible classes. Choose up to four sessions that spark your interest and get a firsthand experience of what CIY has to offer. Healthy snacks and light refreshments will be provided.

Already a member of our community? Bring friends and family to share in the thing you love.

Join us in supporting our neighbours experiencing homelessness through a Yoga Consignment Sale, with all proceeds going to The Mustard Seed. The sale will take place during our Open House. Browse gently used yoga clothing, books and props, and help make a difference in our local community. Please bring cash for any purchases.

Have gently used yoga clothing, books, or props you’re no longer using? We’re gratefully accepting donations for the yoga consignment sale. Please ensure clothing is freshly washed and in good condition, and that books and props are clean and well cared for.

Awaken the body and mind with a dynamic practice promoting openings, strength, balance and energy. Infuse your practice with a sense of playfulness, exploration and creativity. Open to all levels.

10:45am-11:30am | Beginners + Beyond with Ivi

A class for new students who would like to develop a solid base and experienced students who would like to strengthen their foundation. Open to all levels.
*Choose this class for a guided introduction to yoga and leave feeling rejuvenated.

12:00-12:45pm | Tractions + Openings with Sharoni

Special sequences for flexibility, strength and endurance that realign the body and wake up stiff, weak and sore areas intelligently. Rebalance the natural harmony of the body, creating ease and vitality. This innovative practice is designed to bring significant progress in a short period of time. Open to all levels.
*Choose this class if you want to experience technique and precision to enhance posture, joint mobility and stability.

1:15-2:00pm | Stretch + Breathe with Deanna

Extended holds with deeper work to lengthen your muscles, unlock your joints and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Calm your nervous system with meditative breath work to move you into a peaceful state of relaxation. Open to all levels.
