Have gently used yoga clothing, books, or props you’re no longer using? We’re gratefully accepting donations for the yoga consignment sale. Please ensure clothing is freshly washed and in good condition, and that books and props are clean and well cared for.

Extended holds with deeper work to lengthen your muscles, unlock your joints and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Calm your nervous system with meditative breath work to move you into a peaceful state of relaxation. Open to all levels.
